Jun 27, 2009  I tried to get support on the website (created the account and replied to the verification email) but when trying to register the software, the webform INSISTS on a serial number (which doesn't appear to come with the bundled software). So, I assume that Arcsoft DOES NOT support bundled software and probably wants me to 'upgrade'.
